Biological Clock

i really need to reset my biological clock !!!
i am now sleep at about 2 or 3am and sometime even 4am in the normal school days...
if the next day is not school days, i may even sleep at 5 or 6am...
it has brought a lot of trouble to me...
i felt extremely sleepy in the classes either in school or tuition class...
and i always late for tuition class because i need to take a nap before the class begin...
but even i had took a nap, i still always lost my focus in the class...
i always fail to concentrate n i found my memory is getting bad !!!
it is terrible !!!
i must start to change my life into normal...
sleep before 12am n wake up at +_8am for weekends...
and try to jog in the paddy field at 6pm so i can sleep easier in the night...
REMEMBER
i take 5 subjects in the STPM n i need to work hard to get 5A !!!
i remember that one of my senior get 5C n she was "famous" for doing tat...
some of them also fail in PA n get no certificate...
i see one of them is now selling cloth in pasar pagi n he look shameful to see us there...
am i going to be like him?
i just get CGPA of 1.93 in my first exam !
i dun wan be the first person who get 14A in SPM but getting those terrible result in STPM !!!
unlike those from rich family, i will have no chance to get into U if i get those terrible result...
getting good result in STPM is the only chance for me to enter U...
i have just several months left to work on...
so please work hard now to get 5A in the coming STPM...
and the first step to achieve this goal is by changing the biological clock...
